At The Pacific Companies, Mindy led the company’s project management, private capital, and closing/legal/finance teams through a significant expansion in the company’s affordable and market rate housing production. As of January 2020, Mindy continues with The Pacific Companies as EVP of Development and launched MR Partners, LLC so she could broaden her strategic offers to others in the industry with the aim of pushing collaboration and innovation in affordable, workforce, and senior housing.
Prior to 2013, Mindy was a Vice President with Wells Fargo Bank's Community Lending & Investment Division for many years after learning the affordable housing business as a Relationship Manager for NOAH, a non-profit consortium of banks focused on affordable housing.
